- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Custom or personalized walking canes may require additional processing time. Any extended handling times will be noted on the product page.

- We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Enjoy hassle-free shopping with no hidden fees at checkout. - However, if your address is classified as a remote area by our courier services, a $40 remote area surcharge will apply.
🌍 International Shipping
- We proudly ship our luxury and designer walking canes worldwide.
- Customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by their country.
- Walking Cane Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal of entry by local authorities.
- 🚫 Restricted Shipping
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- Countries restricted under international trade regulations
🔎 Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be sent once your cane has shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days, contact our support team.
📌 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- Walking Cane Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
- For assistance, we will work with the carrier to resolve shipping issues where possible.
